A child of about 2-3 years in age that police have named "Baby Grace" was found in a box washed up on a small island in Galveston Bay,TX. She was in a storage box and was found by a flounder fisherman. Her clothes were new and her shoes where the kind with heels that light up when stepped on. Baby Grace has been ID'd. Her name is Riley Sayers. She was 2. Her mom and stepdad are jailed. Her granda and dad id'd her from the drawings and he gave dna. Here is a local news story.
