Delta Dawn as she became known when she was found under the interstate 10 bridge in Moss Point,MS on Dec. 5,1982. Genetic genealogy has identified her as Alisha Ann Heinrich age 18 months. Her mom Gwendolyn Mae Clemons is still missing and presumed dead. They were last seen with a now deceased suspect in Kansas City,MO Nov. 24,1982.
