Dodd was a child serial killer who took the lives of 3 innocent children and abducted a 4th witch he was caught taking. There are probabley more victims. we know he molested more kids. There was a book written about him called Driven To Kill. I have read and recomend it. Viewer disgesion advised. He was hung in WA state for his crimes.
