Albert Fish was a child molester and serial killer/Cannibal from the 1930's. He was known as the Gray Man. He was also called the Boogy man. He may have been the origins of that. He killed and cannibalized at least 6 kids we know of. His most well known victim was Grace Budd.
He was executed in the electric chair.
