Victoria is a missing 8 year old girl from Woodstock,Ontario,CA. She went missing April 8,2009. Police have now said they belive it was an abduction. thechronicleherald.ca/Canada/9011477.html

Sadly two people have been arrested and charged with her murder. Police say her body may never be found. A memorial was held for her by her family.

In late July, Stafford's remains were found in an area near the small farming community of Mount Forest, about 95 kilometres north of Woodstock. Forensic scientists in Toronto identified her using dental records. We pray for the Stafford family at this time.
