Very sad case. This little boy was missing for 3 weeks before his mom repoted him as missing. Her boyfriend is being charged with child neglect for not getting medical atention for severe hot water burns on the 6 year olds feet. www.charleyproject.org/cases/b/bowman_logan.html
Although no body has been found his mom and her boyfriend have been arested andcharged with his murder.

new news mom pleads guilty: Cynthia Davis pleaded guilty to two counts of child endangerment and entered an Alford plea on a felony homicide charge Friday afternoon. An Alford plea is one in which the defendant does not admit the act, but admits that the prosecution could likely prove the charge.
Davis received 10 years for each child endangerment charge and 30 years for the felony homicide charge; the judge suspended all but 15 years of the sentence.
