The FBI has added a man suspected of strangling a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia seven years ago to its "10 Most Wanted" list. The federal agency said in a Saturday news release that a reward of $100,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Alexis Flores, a convicted felon charged with kidnapping and murder in the slaying of Irianna DeJesus, whose body was found in an empty apartment building five days after she disappeared July 29, 2000, while playing in front of her house. The FBI said Flores is linked to the crime scene by DNA evidence. www.upi.com/Top_News/2007/06/03/Girl-killer-suspect-on-Most-Wanted-list/UPI-35631180913324/Link below contains a picture of the fugitive. www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=44983
