A beautiful child by Matt Birkbeck This is book about the unidentified woman known as Sharon Marshall. This case is complex and sad. She was kidnapped as a young child no one knows from who or where. She had 3 children 2 girls and a boy. Her son Michael Hughes was taken from his school by her abductor who raised and sexually abused her. Sharon was killed in a hit and run. Her son is still missing. Her daughters are accounted for with families who raised them. They deserve answers and Sharon deserves her real name. Secrets In The Cellar by John Glatt From Wikipedia Elisabeth Fritzl (born April 6, 1966), stated to police in the town of Amstetten, Austria, that she had been held captive for 24 years in a concealed corridor part of the basement area of the family home, a condominium-style apartment complex built by her father, Josef Fritzl (born April 9, 1935), and that Fritzl had physically assaulted, sexually abused, and raped her numerous times during her imprisonment. The incestuous relationship forced upon her by her father resulted in the birth of seven children and one that died. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritzl_case This book was heart wrenching. This girl went through the truly unspeakable. Her ordeal was well cronicalled in the book. I recommend it.

I am in the process of reading Where is Daniel? It was written by 13 year old Daniel Morcombe's parents after he was abducted and murdered. Here is their website: www.danielmorcombe.com.au/Morcombe was abducted from an unofficial bus stop under the Kiel Mountain Road overpass in the Woombye district of the Sunshine Coast approximately 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) north of The Big Pineapple on Sunday, 7 December 2003.[4] Morcombe planned to catch the 1:35 pm bus to the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre for a haircut and to buy Christmas presents for his family, but he failed to return.[5] Witnesses reported seeing Morcombe at approximately 2:10 pm on the Nambour Connection Road under the Kiel Mountain Road overpass. The bus he was supposed to catch had broken down a few kilometres before his stop, and was behind schedule.[5] When a replacement bus eventually arrived, Morcombe hailed the bus, but it carried on without stopping, due to its delay and the fact that his stop was only an unofficial request stop. The driver of the bus radioed the depot for another bus to go and pick up Morcombe.[5] The bus driver and other witnesses later reported seeing a man standing a distance behind Morcombe and another man slightly further away at the time. When the second bus came a couple of minutes later, Morcombe and the man had both gone.[6] In 2011, Perth man Brett Peter Cowan was arrested and charged with Morcombe's abduction and murder. He confessed to having approached Morcombe to offer him a lift to the shopping centre.[4][7] Morcombe owned a distinctive fob style pocket watch with "Dan" engraved on it, which has not been found.[6] en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Daniel_Morcombe
