On September 6, 2013, the body of a baby boy was found in the Mohawk River. The baby was identified as Levon and the Medical Examiner found that Levon's skull was fractured though it was not clear if this is what had caused his death. Jevon immediately started saying that the skull fracture happened when Levon fell off of the couch. Jevon would eventually write a letter to the Utica Observer Dispatch saying that Levon had died in his sleep.
