18 year old Ebby Steppach vanished on Oct. 24,2015 from little Rock,AR. Her last call was a 4 min. call to her brother that day. She did not sound normal to him. Later her car was found parked at her high school with her cell phone,contacts and other things inside. She was out of gas and had a dead battery. She has not been seen or heard from since. Her mom and stepdad recently appeared on Dr.Phil.
