Hope was found in ST Louis,MO. She was found in an abandoned building by stranded motorists in a yellow sweater with her head removed by carving knife. She had been tied up with a red rope. Investigators searched 16 blocks for her missing head. She had a mild form of spina bifida. Her sweater was lost in the mail when it was sent to be forensically tested.
